Authentic Yoga Studio is exactly that, authentic. Amanda is an incredible instructor and I schedule my trips to Boise around her classes. The energy is just right and I always feel rejuvenated and stronger after a practice. Recommend to all levels of yogi!

Amanda is a great teacher and is excellent at guiding beginners like me through all the Yoga sequences. If you're a beginner and are on the fence about where to go, then choose Authentic. I'm glad I did!

I just got out of Christmas Day Yoga with Sean and wanted to share how grateful I am for this studio offering classes on Holidays and convenient times throughout the week.
